Overview

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pearl Fragrances. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Our shipping policy coincides with our Delivery Partners policy. Where a contradiction in policy should arise, our delivery partners policy takes precedence.

*Next Day Delivery is subject to order time. Orders made before 3pm will be despatched on the same working day. If order made on weekend, order will be despatched the next working working day. All orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the next working day.

The above shipping table is a guide only. These times may be subject to change during times or Matters beyond our reasonable control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been despatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s). Depending on the delivery partner we have used, instructions will be provided on how and where you can track your delivery.

Damages

Pearl Fragrances is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.
